On June 24, 2024, The Maurin Academy conducted a live showing of the documentary Eating Up Easter, followed by a Q & A session with the producers Sergio and Elena Rapu. This is the full Q & A session.

The documentary deals with the problems and prospects of tourism on the remote island, particularly the tremendous plastic pollution the people of Rapa Nui face, along with the challenges participation in the tourism economy poses for the preservation of Rapa Nui culture.
