The simple and relatively inexpensive Beijing BJ80 did not immediately receive the desired success. With regards to the appearance, the Chinese received similar dimensions, the shape of most of the parts, as well as decorative elements. The overall dimensions of the SUV are: length - 4,765 mm; width - 1 955 mm; height - 2,005 mm; wheelbase - 2 800 mm; ground clearance - 215 mm. The BJ80 is available with 275/50 aluminum alloy wheels with 20 diameters. The "Chinese" differs from the "German" only in front. Here you can see a less aggressive and lower muzzle, square in shape.
The 2021 Chinese Gelendvagen features a protruding bonnet adorned with a stepped relief. Unless the protruding turning signals were copied by the Chinese.
