How to reduce a gaping neckline

This is a sewing tutorial on how to reduce a gaping neckline by correcting at the shoulder. This fix is appropriate for reducing the size of necklines on tops with prints, applications, or other elements you prefer to keep.
We use it very often because it doesn't change the appearance of the altered neck opening as pleats or gathering would do.
