But when he sees Vito jumping up and down, destroying a whole pile of full pizza boxes, he clearly has never ever felt so sad in his life! What's going on here? It is this mad scientist Nathan again! That brat has invented a new device that can control people's minds and therefore, the entire world! Garfield and Odie on whom, for lack of brain, the devilish blue rays have no effect sneak into Nathan's lab. Garfield soon understands how it all works and daydreams about controlling the world in his turn. What about having the governor proclaim every day Garfield Cat Day? What if the planet Earth looked like his own head?
