Chicken Kofta Curry Ingredients
১.৫ কেজি চিকেন কিমা / 1.5 Kg chicken keema
৪ চা চামচ কুচানো পেঁয়াজ / 4 tsp Chopped onion
১.৫ চা চামচ কুচানো কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 1.5 Tsp Chopped Green Chili
১ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
২ চা চামচ টক দই / 2 tsp Curd
১ টি ডিম / 1 Ea Egg
কুঁচনো ধনেপাতা / Chopped Coriander Leaves
১.৫ চা চামচ জিরা গুঁড়ো / 1.5 tsp cumin powder
২ চা চামচ ধনেগুঁড়ো / 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
১ চা চামচ গরম মশলা / 1 Tsp Garam Masala
১/২ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt To Taste
৪ চা চামচ ব্রেড ক্রাম্ব / 4 tsp Bread Crumbs
সাদা তেল / Refined Oil
২ টি কুচানো পেঁয়াজ / 2 ea chopped onion
১০-১২ টি কাজু / 10-12 ea kaju
৪৫০ গ্রাম টমেটো / 450g Tomato
১ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী জল / water as required
১.৫ চা চামচ মাখন / 1.5 tsp butter
১ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
২ চা চামচ আদা কাঁচা লঙ্কা বাটা / 2 Tsp Ginger Green Chili Paste
জল / water
১/৩ টি ক্যাপসিকাম / 1/3 ea capsicum
কসুরি মেথি ও এলাচ গুঁড়ো / Kasuri Methi & cardamom powder
৩ চা চামচ ফ্রেশ ক্রিম / 3 tsp Fresh Cream
