Creamy Chicken Macaroni Salad
Ingredients for Grilled Chicken:
Chicken Breast Pieces (450 g)
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Ingredients for Creamy Sauce:
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 2 cups
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Ingredients for Assembling:
Boiled macaroni 2 cups
Boiled potato cubes 1 cup
Boiled carrots (diced) 1 cup
Boiled peas 1 cup
Cucumber (diced) 1 cup
Pineapple cubes 1 cup
Apple cubes 1 cup
Prepared chicken cubes as required
Prepared creamy sauce as required
Directions for Grilled Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add boneless chicken, soy sauce, chili sauce, mustard paste, black pepper, white pepper, salt and vinegar. Mix it well. Marinate it for 10-15 mint.
2. On a grill pan heat oil and place marinated chicken pieces. Grill each side for 2-3 minutes.
3. Now cut the chicken pieces into small cubes. Set aside.
Directions for Creamy Sauce Preparation:
4. In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream, mayonnaise, mustard paste, lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
5. In a bowl add boiled macaroni, boiled potatoes, boiled carrots, boiled peas, cucumber, pineapple, apple, chicken cubes, creamy sauce ad mix it well.
6. Your Creamy Chicken Macaroni Salad is ready. Serve and enjoy.
