Basil bolting to Seed, Dead-head it!

My Basil grew over 3-Feet Tall! Then it started to "go to seed", ("bolted"), so I removed the top/seeds (deadheading it) so that it will keep making yummy basil leaves. Unless you WANT the seeds (for planting more basil), just removing the top bit can extend your season for growing the basil leaves.
