After more than six months of hard work, the most anticipated update in the history of this mod has arrived. Gentlemen, welcome to the Cold War Update.

Change Log:

•Quality of life:
-The APK will NO LONGER conflict with any other mods or the vanilla game.
-You can now recruit up to tier 8 units. Recruit a level 4 unit and then click again to increase the amount of stacks. The AI will be able to recruit tier 5-8 units as well
-All AI generals will have level 5 skills in all conquests.
-Changed the tank skins for US, Italian, Soviet, British  and German tanks in the 1939-42 conquests (1st gen) and 1943-45 conquests (2nd gen).
-Paratroopers can now be deployed only from level 2 or higher airports.
-Each faction will have a conquest starting screen photo that wi display an event that occurred during that year.
-This update also marks the return of the Diplomacy Version.
-Enjoy an 1h 42min soundtrack full of great songs.

•Map Rework:
-Completely redrawn Japan, Korea and the UK
-Added more islands, some of them being unreachable by plane.
-Added the Mississippi river.
-Moved almost all American cities, according to JimJim's instructions.
-Added the city wonders in all conquests

•Generals
-Added 30+ generals, some of them from the new updates to vanilla WC4, some of them being my supporters
-All Mysterious Forces generals have fully customised skills.

•Missions
Added 5 new missions as follows:
1. Invasion of Finland (Allies Europe 1)
2. Invasion of Yugoslavia (WTO 4)
3. Energy Crisis (WTO 9)
4. Mediterranean Conqueror (WTO 10)
5. Cuban Missile Crisis (WTO 19)
Note: Allies Europe 15 will be locked, in order to unlock it, play any mission that you HAVE NOT played before.

•Conquests
Added 4 conquests as follows:
1. 1948: Iron Curtain
-Taking place only three years after the end of WWII, the conquest will focus on events such as the Chinese Civil War and the increasing tension between NATO and the USSR. The conquest also has 40+ events.

2. 1955: Red Storm
-Taking place in an alternate timeline where the USSR controls most of Europe and part of North America, the conquest also has 40+ events.
-For the first three conquests, a transitional generation of units has been implemented to smoothly move from WWII to Cold War units.

3. 1955: Shadow of Communism
-Taking place in an alternate timeline where NATO pushed the Warsaw Pact to an almost unwinnable position, it features the collapse of the USSR, the last stand of the PRC and 40+ events.

4. 1962: The Eagle and the Bear
-Taking place during the critical year of 1962 when the world came closest to ending. Play as either NATO or WTO...or be against everyone as the UN, and enjoy over 70+ events and the new custom units.

•1962 units
1. The US, USSR and UK have fully unique custom Cold War units. This includes tanks, artillery, planes and naval units.
2. Germany and France also have unique units, but will also use units from the US/UK
3. The US, USSR, UK and France gain access to the nuclear submarine unit, allowing them to build and use the nuclear submarine.
4. The other countries will use the following three sets of units, depending on their relations/alliance: US, Commonwealth and Soviet. For wxam, Brazil will use US equipment, Australia will use Commonwealth equipment and East Germany will use Soviet equipment.


•Bug Fixing
Fixed over 250+ bugs, that were discovered during the development of version 1.4.


•Known issues:
-Custom rocket artillery animation does not work. Currently there's nothing we can do about it. The same thing applies to the planes.
-Game can randomly crash when you open it or in HQ. We can't do anything about this either as it's because the mod is so massive.
-Upon opening, you might be prompted to rename the APK, please restart the game.
