FILLING
1 medium size onion
5-6 cloves of garlic
300 grams ground pork
300 grams diced potato
2 cups water
1/4 cup soy sauce
ground black pepper
3 tbsp. sugar
sesame oil
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. water

Dough
300 ml. water (1 cup + 1/4 cup)
2 tsp. yeast (10 grams)
a teaspoon of sugar from 1/2 cup
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
500 grams all purpose flour (3 and 1/3 cup)
1/3 cup butter (70 grams)

bowl of water
japanesse bread crumbs
oil for frying

you can also baked this at 180°C for 20- 25 minutes.
