If you're a woman in your 40's (or plus) and you're serious about getting stronger...this video is for you! I started CrossFit 8 years ago at the age of 40 because I wanted to get stronger and I love a good challenge. I've been hooked ever since!!

This video is packed with beginner CrossFit tips and includes a general overview of the workouts, what you can expect, a review of basic equipment and a short list of do's/don'ts.  I also include video clips of the different movements and examples of strength training modifications because when you're over 40 you just might need them.
