Vladimir Putin fires a sniper rifle at Russian training site

On a visit to a training ground for reservist Russian fighters, footage shows the Russian president Vladimir Putin firing shots from a sniper rifle.

Apparently intended to show his support to Russian soldiers heading to fight, the visit comes a day after Putin declared martial law in four occupied regions of Ukraine.
