Tammy had a genetic disorder
Tammy had a genetic disorder which caused her teeth to become loose and fall out. After having the 3 on 6™ done on her upper jaw, she wanted to have the same done on her lower jaw. Tammy flew in from Phoenix, Arizona to our Smile Clinic office in Utah to get treatment.
