母亲节快到了，今天提前做了美美的芒果千层蛋糕，上面用芒果布置了一朵大玫瑰送给妈妈。采用简单的原味可丽饼为底，里面有蓬松轻盈的奶油糖霜， 每四层藏着香甜的芒果块和芒果泥。放冰箱隔夜吃口感最佳，可丽饼变得更软更入味。层层叠叠的白橙色，好阳光的颜色，好吃清爽。
Mother's Day is coming, today I made a beautiful Mango Crepe Cake in advance, with a big rose decorated on top using pure mangoes for my mother. This cake uses a simple original crepe recipe with a light fluffy whipped cream frosting, and loads of sweet mango cubes and mango puree are hidden in every four layers of crepes. Its texture is the best after being refrigerated overnight, crepes become softer and infused with flavors. Layers and layers of white-orange, vibrant color, delicious and refreshing.
