Super Easy Pan-fried Delicacies


[Ingredients]

- Cabbage pancake -


4 leaves of cabbage (150g)
A pinch of salt
Beaten eggs
Flour
Cooking oil

- Pan-fried battered zucchini -

Zucchini 1/2 (160g)
A pinch of salt
Beaten eggs
Flour
Cooking oil

- Pan-fried battered mushrooms -

1 Enokitake mushroom (150g)
Oyster mushroom 3 cups (200g)
2 King oyster mushroom (200g)
A pinch of salt
Beaten eggs
Flour
Cooking oil

- Pan-fried battered pollack fillet -

Frozen pollack 2 cups (200g)
A pinch of salt
Beaten eggs
Flour
Cooking oil

- Pan-fried battered meat -

Beef (for bulgogi) 2 slices (200g)
A pinch of salt
Beaten eggs
Flour
Cooking oi

- Pan-fried battered shrimp -
Cooked shrimp 1.5 cups (200g)
A pinch of salt
Beaten eggs
Flour
Cooking oil

- Seasoned soy sauce -

Soy sauce 2 tbsp (30g)
Vinegar 1 tbsp (10g)
Coarse chili pepper 1/2 tbsp (7g)
Green onions 1/4 cup (15g)
Minced garlic 1/5 tbsp (3g)
Sesame seeds 1 tsp (2g)


* The amount of salt, pepper, flour, beaten eggs and cooking oil can be adjusted according to the size of the frying pan and the ingredients.


[Directions]

- Cabbage pancake -

1. Cut the bottom parts of the cabbage and tear out the leaves.
2. Flatten out the leaves and sprinkle salt.
3. Coat the cabbage with flour and cover with beaten eggs.
4. Add cooking oil to the pan, add the cabbage and fry until golden brown over high heat.

- Pan-fried battered zucchini -

1. Cut the zucchini (0.5cm thick each) and spread over a plate.
2. Season with salt.
3. Coat the squash with flour first, and then beaten eggs.
4. Add cooking oil to the pan and fry until golden brown over high heat.

- Pan-fried battered mushrooms -

1. Trim the bottom parts of the king oyster mushroom and cut in 0.5-cm thickness.
2. Cut the bottom off for the oyster mushroom and shred thinly.
3. Cut the bottom part off for the enokitake mushroom.
4. Place mushrooms on a plate and season with salt.
5. For king oyster mushroom, coat with flour first and then with beaten eggs.
6. For oyster mushroom and enokitake, sprinkle flour evenly first and mix in beaten eggs.
7. Add cooking oil to the pan, turn the heat on and heat the king oyster mushroom over high heat until golden brown.
8. Add cooking oil to the pan, turn the heat on, make bite-sized pieces with oyster and enokitake mushrooms and fry over high heat.

- Pan-fried battered pollack fillet -

1. Pat frozen pollacks with kitchen towel to remove water and season with salt and pepper.
2. Coat with flour and beaten eggs.
3. Add cooking oil to the pan, turn the heat on, fry each piece until golden brown over high heat.
4. Stack each piece on top of each other on a plate, so it continues to cook with remaining heat.

- Pan-fried battered meat -

1. Spread the beef over a wide plate and season with salt and pepper.
2. Coat with flour and beaten eggs.
3. Add cooking oil to the pan and cook each piece until golden brown over medium heat.

- Pan-fried battered shrimp -

1. Put the shrimp in the bowl and season with salt and pepper.
2. Add some flour, mix evenly and add beaten eggs.
3. Add cooking oil to the pan, turn the heat on and cook each shrimp until golden brown over high heat.

- Seasoned soy sauce -

1. Cut the green onions in half and chop into small pieces.
2. Add soy sauce, vinegar, coarse chili powder, green onions, minced garlic, and sesame seeds in a bowl and mix together.
