Solution 1/Connect the Blu-ray player's HDMI output to one of the amplifier's HDMI inputs. Then connect the amplifier's HDMI output to the video projector's HDMI input. The Blu-ray player sends the image and sound to the amplifier, which in turn diffuses the sound through the speakers and sends the image to the video projector.
Solution 2/Connect the Blu-ray player's HMDI output to the video projector's HDMI output for the image and connect the Blu-ray player's optical audio output to the amplifier's optical input for the sound.
