How to be a Parent While Dealing with Anxiety and Depression.

In this video I talk about how I had to deal with my anxiety and depression while trying to be a parent at the same time. It was one of the most difficult times in my life. I made a promise to my 4 children that I would get better but as each day passed it seemed like I wasn't going to fulfill that promise and it was tearing me apart. Fortunately I found the strength to heal myself to bring happiness back into my family and hopefully this video can give you the motivation to do it too. 💚💚
