Tall,moist and soft chocolately banana
Tall,moist and soft chocolately banana muffin that will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth!This tasty recipe is easy to make and perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a snack on the go. Enjoy them with a hot cup of coffee or some cold milk.
Ingredients:
200 gm. flour
50 gm.cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 large ripe bananas
175 gm. brown sugar
125 ml. vegetable oil
60 ml. milk
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
100 gm. chocolate chip
Step 1. Preheat oven to 160C.Line tin pan with muffin liners. Set aside.
Step 2. Whisk to combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Step 3. Mash bananas in a separate bowl. 3.Add sugar,vegetable oil, milk,white vinegar and vanilla extract. Then add chocolate chips, fold to combine or until no dry lumps remain.
Step 4. Pour the batter into prepared tin pan.
Note: Tap twice the pan .This is to remove any large pockets that may cause a "hole"once its baked. Also to make sure that the mixture settle into the tin,and there are no gaps between the batter and the tin at the base or around the sides.
Step 5. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 6. Leave to cool down for 5 min. then transfer to a wire rack to fully letting it cooled.
