Click on Format cells if and choose the condition from the list. Add the value. Go to Formatting Style block. Click on the fill color. Choose the color from the list. Click on Add another rule. Go to Format rules block. Click on Format cells if and choose the condition from the list. Add the value. Go to Formatting Style block. Click on the fill color. Choose the color from the list. Let’s add one more rule. Click on Add another rule. Go to Format rules block. Click on Format cells if and choose the condition from the list. Add the value. Go to Formatting Style block. Click on the fill color. Choose the color from the list. Click on Done. You can see we created three rules: value is equal, greater or less than 0. Each rule has its own color. Let’s see if it works. We will type numbers in the cell to test the rules. As you can see, every value will have its own color. If you want to remove the rule, click on the trash icon next to the rule.
