Shocking home water test results! Without prejudice to the good work being done by NAFDAC, here is the result of a semi-controlled test of some home waters available on the shelf and our taps.
With the reported incidents of water-borne diseases like Cholera, it has become pertinent to access and verify the fitness of the various types of water, Nigerians drink through the metrics of the PH Alkaline and Acidic test to help all concerned take the right action to remedy the situation.
From normal tap water to nylon-packed water to various brands of bottled water - tests were carried out to ascertain the fitness of the water to the body as well as create awareness on the need to drink quality water and the outcomes have already propelled the expansion of the tests for future release.
