How to get rid of background noise from your microphone in PUBG and Fortnite! Voicemeeter Banana

I'm sure many of you have played some PUBG or Fortnite games where one of your squad members has a super loud mic and you can hear EVERYTHING they're doing.  This can be really distracting in a game where directional sound is extremely important.
