Chicken Patties Bakery Style Perfect
Chicken Patties Bakery Style Perfect Recipe | Chicken Patties Bakery
Ingredients:-
Chicken 200 gram boiled
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
Black paper 1/2
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
All purpose flour 2 tbs
Milk 1 cup
Onion 2 chopped
Garlic Cloves 3 chopped
Green chillies 3
Green coriander handfull
Oil 2tbs
Egg yolk 1
Puff pastry half kg
( ready rolled puff pastry (you can buy this from any store or bakery)
Baking time in oven 20 minut 180%
(bake it on 180 C ,in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown & serve)
Baking time in pan 30 minuts low flame
( bake in low flame 🔥 in preheated pan for 30 to 35 minuts or until golden brown & serve )
This simple recipe will take you back to the Desi chicken patties you used to get from the corner Pakistani bakery. Crisp & flaky puff golden pastry filled with shredded chicken stuffing and make delicious Patties at home.
These chicken patties used to be one of my favourite childhood snacks.Any Bakery u can by but homemade chicken patties is best and healthy for over health and hygienic.With a delicious chicken filling, this Chicken Patties recipe is the perfect all-day snack anyone can make. So this Ramzan, I looked at different recipes, to make these at home… (because I love them too much!) It’s makes a great iftar item!
Here is my version, of as close could get to Pakistani bakery wale Chicken Patties. When I asked my family members for his feedback.. he was like the only thing that is different is,that this one has WAY too much chicken filling as compared to what u get from the Pakistani bakery.Serve hot with ketchup, chatni and green raitas
