We're showing you how to make the bourbon Champagne cocktail, maybe twice? We produce this drink twice because we were not satisfied with the full flavor profile of the first version.

The Bourbon Champagne Cocktail
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Grand Marnier (gran gala)
- 4 to 6 oz of champagne
- splash of orange juice
- top with champagne
- orange slice, maraschino cherry garnish (cherry in glass orange on glass)
We built this out twice because the first one may not have had the proper bourbon for it, or maybe the champagne wasn't cold enough. The second one had a bit more flavor, it became more acceptable (esp. with a bit more Luxardo Maraschino Cherry juice) but we're still not convinced it's a memorable one for Dan.
