Here's a recipe for avocado ice candy using condensed milk, evaporated milk, and all-purpose cream: NO CORNSTARCH

Ingredients:

4 ripe avocados
160ml condensed milk
250ml evaporated milk
125ml all-purpose cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
Ice candy plastic bags

Instructions:

Prepare the avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.

Blend the avocados: Blend the avocado flesh until smooth and creamy. You can add a small amount of water if needed to help with the blending process.

Or mash the avocados using spoon or wire whisk.

Sweeten the avocado mixture: Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, all-purpose cream, and granulated sugar (if using) to the blender. Blend again until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.

Pour the mixture: Transfer the avocado mixture into a jug or a container with a spout for easy pouring.

Fill the ice candy bags. Fill the ice candy plastic bags with the avocado mixture, leaving a small space at the top for expansion. If using ice candy bags, you can tie a knot at the top to secure them.

Freeze the ice candies: Place the filled ice candy bags in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours or until they are solid.
