My Synology is getting full, update dilemma, lock in and disappointment. NAS for Photographer

My Synology DS1618+  is getting full, update dilemma, lock in and disappointment. There's a lot to cover in this video starting from the fact that my Synology is filling up fast with all of the project that I am doing. So this video will offer a few solutions on how I may approach this, along with the pros and cons for each of the update options. And there seems to be a lot of cons for some scenarios. I'll also talk about the current Synology line up in the 6 bays + NAS as of this video release May 2022 as well. As we get to more bays in the plus series, there are more disappointment that ensue. Find out what I am referring to in this video. Let me affirm that, I am not sponsored by Synology in anyway and I still believe in their products, just a bit less now than I have in the pass, but I'll continue to use them as of now, unless a better and more suitable solution comes in the future.
