Bryan Kohberger: Idaho student murders suspect back in court

The man accused of killing four University of Idaho students last year was scheduled to appear in court Thursday. Bryan Kohberger is requesting his May grand jury indictment be thrown out. The defense is referencing a lack of sufficient evidence while requesting the dismissal.
