Doing the Pilates Scissors exercise on the foam roller is a great way to get a deeper stretch of the hip flexors and hamstrings whilst also having to really work the core hard to maintain pelvic stability so as not to arch your back. Think of reaching the leg out and down to stretch the hip flexor whilst not allowing your pelvis to go with it, then simultaneously think of pulling you other leg towards your face whilst anchoring your pelvis down into roller- it's a lot to think about but well worth it! You will feel this one in many wonderful ways! if you don't have a foam roller, I would highly recommend you get yourself as I plan to do more workouts in the future.
