The BULL 200 is a revolutionary industrial sweeper that achieves an hourly productivity rate of 32.160 m2/h. It's efficient, resistant, and versatile. The main brush is 1.270 mm in width and the cleaning path extends up to 2.265 mm, thanks to the side brushes and the extendible front brush. Available with homologation as street sweeper.
The BULL 200 is the first machine in the world to introduce the BULLsystem® patent. This system connects the debris container, the main brush, and the hydraulics of the high dump system, for maximum cleaning results, without compromising maneuverability or loading capacity.
Designing the machine around its BULLsystem® technology and the unique mechanism which raises the container and the brush, enabled Eureka’s design team to implement numerous other functions, no less important. For example, it allows the machine to be fitted with a simple and efficient debris compaction system, the LoadBOOSTER®, maximizing the capacity of the 500 L loading compartment.
The BULLsystem® also allows the BULL 200 to pass over speed bumps of any height, and manage increases and quick changes in gradient.
Another important characteristic of the BULL 200 industrial sweeper is that its body work is completely in steel, creating a protective shield for the operator and the machine’s internal components.
Despite its impressive features and robust structure, the BULL 200 is an agile machine and is precise during maneuvers. This is largely thanks to the driving position, right at the front of the sweeper, and an automotive steering system.
Steering is controlled via independent twin wheels, located at the front of the machine. They provide greater stability, facilitate the execution of particularly tight turns, and preserve the tyres from wear.
The result is a sweeper which is practical to use, and easy to handle even in congested applications, with a turning radius of only 2.535 mm.
The BULL 200 guarantees excellent cleaning performance in any context, with gravel and heavy debris, or when collecting lightweight materials.
Eureka’s unique Multibristle® brush, with a “V” shaped pattern of mixed bristles arranged in rows, can collect different types of material in a single pass.
The standard version of the BULL 200 is fitted with a double side brush on the right of the machine.
The machine is also available with a left side brush, or with an extendable front brush arm which is extremely useful for hard-to-reach corners and deep recesses, or to clean steps and walkways.
All the brushes are fitted with the Quick-Change® device, for quick brush coupling and uncoupling, and with the toothed SharkCap® brush protection device.
The side brush can be fitted with a wet dust control system, which nebulizes water to keep down dust during sweeping.
The immense sweeping power of the BULL 200 is supported by an equally powerful dust filtration system, which ensures that the air, moved from the ground during sweeping operations, is kept clean, even in applications with heavy dust.
The special Multipocket® filter, with its 13 m2 surface area, has antistatic characteristics, is fitted with an automatic filter shaker, and is self-cleaning. These features ensure that excellent filtration performance is maintained over time. The unique structure of the filter pockets (without tight corners) and the filter’s large dimensions, guarantee optimum performance.
The BULL’s traction system is made up of two independent hydraulic motors, positioned on the rear wheels.
It is supported by the power and reliability of a 4 cylinder, 1500 cc, Kubota engine, which is liquid cooled via a front radiator, providing greater air flow and temperature control.
The Gradient Booster® patent is a hydraulic device which allows the operator to set the maximum forward speed of the sweeper, while maintaining maximum torque. Thanks to this innovative technology the BULL 200 can overcome steep gradients of up to 21%.
Finally, the BULL 200 stands out for the safety and comfort that it offers to the operator, which is optimized in the high visibility cabin version of the BULL, complete with air conditioning, heating, and windscreen wipers. The cabin’s unique design offers maximum protection and is also pressurized, which keeps dust out.
