FIX Privacy Control missing in Nvidia GeForce Experience Shadowplay for RTX Cards -

Here is One more way - if Manage Display mode is unavailable -
In Nvidia CTRL Panel - Manage 3D settings - Global Settings -
look for a setting called - Automatic display Switching on all apps - its set Default -OFF - change this to ON .
This is also a FIX for Error " A Supported GAME is required to use this Feature " for Nvidia RTX and GTX with integrated GPU's.
IF DISPLAY MODE is unavailable try following steps
1.first check does your Computer has an integrated Graphics Card + Discrete GPU.
go to device Manager - expand display adapters - this will list all display adapters.
1. Uninstall GEFORCE Experience + reinstall GEFORCE Experience.
2. If this still does not solve - disable integrated Graphics card like UHD , IRIS XE in the Display adapter list. Restart PC . It may freeze after Restart ,  in case this happens you have to change this setting from the Bios . the Following may change according to the Laptop makers .
enter the BIOS setup utility. Click Advanced. Select Device Configurations. Select Hybrid Graphics, and then click Disable or choose dedicated Graphics.
if there are none settings then your Laptop Maker has forced I GPU as primary GPU for your Laptop . its only you Laptop maker or Nvida that can only provide an option to choose between 2 GPUs.
