1) Update the Instagram app to the latest version
2) Open Instagram and log in to your account
3) Go about creating a simple reel
4) Tap on the Aa icon to add text
5) Now tap on that text
6) Now drag the slider at the bottom where you want the text to appear
7) Repeat the process for other texts
8) This way, you can change text duration on Instagram reels
