BUILD A GARDEN BOX WITH TRELLIS FOR CLIMBING PLANTS, VEGETABLES, FLOWERS, TREES! Weekend Woodwork

Hope you enjoy this amazing DIY woodworking project  I worked to keep this one simple with the tool list so you did not need to go out and get a lot of tools. I used this garden box trellis combo to block out my ugly shed.  It works great as a block for unsightly parts of your yard while looking amazing as a focal point!  Try putting some hanging plants down it for an even cooler style!.  Super sturdy to last for years.  Following my plans any new woodworker or home DIYer can make this and blow your other half's mind!

Cost:  I was able to get the lumber for ONLY $130.  Pressure treated boards cost a little extra but are definitely worth it for any outdoor builds!

(8) 2x4x8 pressure treated
(23) 6' Cedar or Pine fence pickets

Tools:
-Impact Drill
- Drill
- Circular Saw
- Kreg Jig (I used 720)
- Drill Bits (countersink optional)
- Clamps
- Tape Measure
- Chalk line
- Speed Square
- Carpenters Pencil
- Paint brush or Roller
- Orbital Sander 120 grit sandpaper
- Forstner 1" bit (Optional)

Supplies:
-Paint; make sure its exterior
- Spar Urethane (Optional)
- Kreg screws; outdoor(blue) 2 1/2"
- Deck screws; #8 x 1 5/8"
- Deck Screws; 2.5" optional
(can use the 2.5" kreg screws instead)
- Lag Screws; 3/8" x 2 1/2"
- 1/2" washer
- Flowers
- Potting soil
- Landscape fabric
