The great thing about our bracket is you don’t need to worry about having to install your shelf where the studs are. Because there’s a hole every inch, you’ll be able to drill into studs no matter where you place your shelf. So just place your shelf anywhere you want.
Step 2: Marking the Shelf Ends
With your location determined, grab a pencil and mark the left and right ends of the shelf on your wall.
Step 3: Finding the Shelf Center
Measure and mark the center point of your shelf. For instance, if you're installing a 24" shelf, the center will be 12" from your initial mark.
Step 4: Locating Wall Studs
Utilize your trusty stud finder to locate all wall studs within the left and right boundaries of your shelf. Once you identify the studs, mark their center positions. These marks will guide you when drilling into the stud for maximum support.
Step 5: Installing the Bracket
It's time to secure the bracket. Align the center of the bracket with the center shelf line you marked earlier and drill into the stud. Start by fastening the first screw. Then, use your level to ensure the bracket is perfectly horizontal before securing the remaining screws into the studs.
