How to Charge Your WHOOP 4.0

Wirelessly charge your WHOOP without removing it from your wrist with the new waterproof battery pack 4.0 to monitor your data 24/7 — even in the shower. To charge, slide the battery onto the top of your band until it clicks and watch for the light to indicate that it’s charging. Double tap your battery to see how charged your WHOOP 4.0 is. Solid green = 50-100% charge, yellow = 20-49% charge, solid red = less than 20% and blinking red = less than 5%. You can also open your app and head to “Status” to see how much battery life you have left on your WHOOP.
