Easy Homemade Peach Jam (No Pectin)

👉Ingredients:

10-12 Ripe peaches 🍑, washed & dried
2 cups sugar
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp cinnamon powder

👉Method:

Wash & dry the peaches, cut them in half, remove the seed and then dice them into small cubes.

Turn the stove on and add the cubed peaches to a non stick pan or skillet and cook them for 3-4 mins until soft. Once the peaches start leaving water add the sugar and cook for 5-6 mins. Once the sugar dissolves add the cinnamon powder, mix well and cook for 20 minutes on medium low heat.

Add the lemon zest and lemon juice and using a potato masher mash the jam to desired consistency. Cook for another 10-15 minutes and once the jam starts to thicken, turn the stove off and the jam is ready.
Cool it down completely before transferring to a clean jar and enjoy!
