Amish Potato Bread
Ingredients
1 C warm water or milk
1 tb yeast
1 tb sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c Lard or Butter
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 C Mashed Potatoes
6 C flour add a little more if needed to knead
Instructions
In the bowl of your mixer, combine the warm water, Or the milk whichever you decide to use, yeast and sugar. Allow yeast to proof.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix by hand, Let rise punch down and shape and rise again bake 350 Until golden brown and hollow when tapped on it
