Most new features in Maya
Most new features in Maya 2018 I haven't covered so far seem to be performance based and/or specialities like the Bifrost cache or sculpting with a lattice structure. So, today I show you something deeply underestimated, and something leading to Bifrost (and water and foam...): the texture deformer. We'll create waves using an ocean texture and animating its time parameter very effectively with a simple expression.
