We embarked on a self-guided
We embarked on a self-guided day tour from Buenos Aires to Iguazu Falls. Yes, we actually flew out of Buenos Aires (that morning), saw the falls, and flew back (that night) all in one day. We also traversed all three major trails on the Argentine-side and were able to enjoy the beauty of the park. It is possible to do.
Note: In 2011, Iguazu Falls was selected as one of the “New 7 Wonders of Nature.” The tallest waterfall at Iguazu Falls is called the “Devil’s Throat” and has a drop of 269ft. For perspective, Niagara Falls has a maximum drop of 167ft.
