How to make sugar sail without Isomalt and candy thermometer.( full Recipe in the description box )

ingredients to be used.


300g sugar
3 tbsp of glucose syrup
150ml of water
food colouring

you will need a pot

In a  small pot mix sugar, glucose and water all together then transfer it onto the heat let it boil very well for about 15 to 20minutes until it start to thicken.

To know that it's ready take a small bowl of water and add a small quantity of the boil sugar syrup and drop it into the water. if it comes out very hard then you will know that it is ready to be used just like on the video.

Onto a silicone mate pure in the mixture bit by bit and also add the food colouring. when you are done take a cup or a bottle and place the silicone mate on top to get dry.

Let it dry for 1hours and remove it from the silicone and you can decorate your cake with it
