Technicolor CINESTYLE Profile & LUT Video Test - Canon Rebel T5 Cinematic

Here is a cinematic video of the Technicolor Cinestyle camera profile and s-curve lut test.  Filmed on the Canon Rebel T5 with a 18-135mm STM Lens.  The profile and lut was free and simple to install via the canon utility app.  I also used a Modern Vintage LUT that was free as well.

I came across Chris Friesen's youtube tutorial on lighting techniques and he recommended that I try the Cinestyle profile on my canon camera.  I downloaded the free profile and filmed some autumn shots with my wife Angela.

The cinestyle is noticeably flatter than the neutral setting, and I was able to achieve some dramatic color grading.  The video was edited on the cyberlink powerdirector 15 suite and the LUT was applied with cyberlink colordirector.
