Solo Handbell artist Madge Luoto plays Mark Andersen's arrangement of the traditional American Hymn "Amazing Grace." Several different bell techniques are employed in this arrangement, including drop and replaced technique, enabling the artist to play in harmony, where traveling 4-in-hand would not adequately work. The styles in this arrangement encompass Americana music from the Appalachian to the New England Puritan, and in the accompaniment you'll even hear touches of Southern Gospel.
