Isopure Low Carb and Dymatize ISO 100 are two of the most popular low-carb protein powders on the market.

Isopure may well be the most popular whey isolate on Earth.

Then there’s Dymatize, which may well sell the most popular whey hydrolysate on Earth. It’s actually mostly hydrolysate with some isolate added in, but it’s easily the most popular hydrolyzed whey product on the market.

So which one is best for you?

First, we need to set the record straight on comparing the two products, since they're not exactly the same.

Isopure Low Carb is a whey protein isolate. Dymatize's product is more focused on hydrolyzed whey isolate. We go in-depth on explaining the differences between the two whey categories in the video above.

That difference — and some other differences in the ingredient lists — create variations in the nutritional breakdown of the two products (though for many athletes, they're actually close enough to SEEM interchangeable). Whether that makes enough difference for you is up for debate, but we hope this information at least helps narrow down the choice.

Which tastes better? Mixes better? Digests FASTER? Check out our full video above, along with our super-detailed written review, to get the answers.
