There are obviously so many exercises that are great to do for volleyball, but these are 10 of the staples that we use for our volleyball players. This list incorporates full body, so you get upper and lower, focusing on injury prevention, building strength, fixing muscular imbalances, correcting motor patterns, and creating the foundation for power. Strength is very important, and when it comes to programming for volleyball, we have to be very specific as it is such a demanding and specific sport.
