Today I want to share with you a recipe for cooking meat with vegetables. Enjoy your viewing and appetite.
Ingredients:
Pork - 500 gr.
Onion - 3 pcs.
Markov - 200 gr.
Eggplant - 1 pc.
Zucchini - 1 pc.
String beans - 200 gr.
Pepper Bol. - 350 gr.
Chili pepper - 1 pc.
All this is fried until cooked.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE
Oil growth. - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 50-60 ml.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Black and red pepper in small quantities. Salt to taste.
Sugar - 1 tsp
Garlic - 4 cloves.
Ginger - 2 teaspoons.
We cut everything into strips.
The meat is fried and put away.
All vegetables are sautéed until tender. The sauce is prepared in a separate saucepan. Mix all ingredients and sauce. Cooking 1 min. Add greens and sesame seeds - 1 tbsp. Serve with rice. This is delicious. Having treated the family once, you will cook this dish often.
