How to Make Snow Peas with Soy Sauce and Garlic - Episode 45

Ingredients:
Snow Peas, 1 LB
Garlic, 1 clove
Soy Sauce, 1 T
Olive Oil, 1 T
Kosher Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
Trim Snow Peas
Heat pan
Add olive oil to pan.
When oil shimmers or starts to smoke, add snow peas.
Toss constantly for 1-2 minutes
Add garlic, toss for 30 seconds.
Add soy sauce, toss for 30 seconds.
Turn off heat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve!
