1 Hour of Street Photography in Akron Ohio with the Canon R5 and 70-200mm

Today we're on a 1 hour photo journey where I spend a lot of my time talking through what's going on creatively in my head as I search for pictures. No filters, no gimmicks, just a street photography adventure that starts 15 minutes before sunset that lasts until about an hour afterwards. October was a fun month, I spent a lot of time with cool filters and other little extras, using them to create interesting, slightly unnatural photos - glows, blooms, anamorphic streaks, the whole deal. But now that Halloween has come and passed, we're back at the street photography game in our usual stripped-down mode. Just you, me, a camera, a lens, and that's it. Doing this reminded me of just how much I enjoy photography when it's down to the most basic essentials. We're in Akron, Ohio for this video on November 5th - aka, "Daylight Savings" day - when the clocks doing some weird temporal magic that launches us an hour into the future, or past, or whatever the heck that means. What that really means is that it gets darker an hour earlier. Practically, that annoys me, but when it comes to street photography, I sort of enjoy it.
