Surface Pro 2017 - Power Limit Throttling Bypassed! - Breaking all the Benchmark Records!

I have discovered that unlike the Surface Pro 4, the new Surface Pro 2017, will respond to the Turbo Boost Power Max setting in Intel XTU, allowing the device to bypass the chassis temperature TDP clamp. This means you can configure the device to use up to 35 watts of power sustained! Even using a fan, this value would only allow up to 25 watts. With this new configuration, it allows you to sustain 30-35 watts of power continuously!
Stock configuration would only allow for 16-18 watts sustained, so it is a huge boost to performance :-O
To prove the effectiveness, I went and beat all the known Surface Pro Iris 640 benchmarks :D
This tweak effectively puts the device on par with the Surface Book w/ 940m dGPU!
