Making a 3-tier water fountain using old tires and cement / Great DIY idea for recycling used tires

This has been my most challenging #DIYproject so far. It took a lot of work and time but it was all worth it. Now I have a beautiful 3-tier #waterfountain to enhance my #outdoorliving.
