It took ha about 3 hours to make 1 comb, but we were really pleased with the results. When we got a few people asking us if they could buy our combs, we needed a faster and more repeatable way to produce them, plus we wanted to see how popular they would be to a larger audience. So instead of shelling out a load of money on an untested CNC mould, we used out wazer waterjet cutter to make a simple sandwich mould.
