Why New Mombasa Looks Different in ODST | Halo Lore

The City of New Mombasa played a major role in both Halo 2 and Halo 3 ODST, however both games feature very different depictions of the East African Megacity. Today we will take a closer look at the differences and discuss how they can be accounted for in Canon.
