Hello all! Its your favorite coach (well I hope so anyway!) coming at you once again with a new video for your viewing and MUSCLE BUILDING pleasure! This week we will focus on "increasing ticket sales to the GUN SHOW" by building a better biceps peak and thicker, more powerful looking forearms with The Alternating Dumbbell Hammer Curl!

Because of the semi-pronated position of the wrists with this curling movement the biceps are assisted to a great degree by the brachialis muscle to flex the upper arm. The brachialis lies underneath the biceps, and when highly developed can actually "push" the biceps up a little higher, creating the illusion of greater "peak." In addition, by growing your "brachs" you will add more overall mass to your upper arms, while also giving them a more complete/thicker appearance from every angle. As well, Hammer Curls force the forearms expand in ways that all kinds wrist curls cannot get done on their own. Thus, this is one awesome overall-arm-inflating exercise!
