Hi, this time Hel is making Pudding with 3 layers, Chocolate, Oreo, and Milo. Made for kids snacks at home.

To make it special, Oreo is added as the base of the pudding. Hel used Chopper CH 200 from @mitochiba.id to crush the Oreo.

Chocolate Oreo Milo Layered Pudding Recipe

OREO BASE
Ingredients:
- 11 pieces of Oreo, crumble it, put aside to mix with the pudding later.
- 4 tbsp. of melted margarine.

How to:
- Cover the base of the 9 x 20 x 6 cm baking pan with the baking paper.
- Mix the crushed Oreo and the melted margarine, lay out evenly on the bottom of the baking pan, press gently using spoon / glass.
- Reserve some of the crushed Oreo for the pudding later.

MILO & OREO LAYER
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of plain jelly
- 100 gr of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. of corn starch
- 750 ml of full cream milk
- 3 tbsp. of Milo
- crushed Oreo sufficiently

How to:
- Mix the jelly, sugar, salt, and corn starch. Stir it well. Pour in the full cream milk, stir it well again.
- Turn on the stove, cook it until boiling while keep stirring it.
- Split it in half. For the first half, give the left Oreo crumble before into it, add 2 pieces of hand crumbled into it. Pour it on top of the Oreo base. Put aside.
- For the the second half, add the Milo, stir well, pour it slowly on top of the Oreo layer before (assure that the Oreo layer has been solid enough to be topped)

CHOCOLATE LAYER
Ingredients:
- 3 gr (half of a sachet) of plain jelly
- 1 tbsp. sugar (suit your taste)
- 300 ml of chocolate milk
- 50 gr of DCC

How to:
- Mix all the ingredients, boil it up while stirring.
- Pour slowly onto the top of the Milo layer (assure the Milo layer has been solid enough to be topped).
- Let it cool within the room temperature. Once it is not hot anymore, store it in the chiller before consuming.

NOTE:
Tips on how to make the pudding layers can be adhered well. Don't wait until the previous layer become too solid or hard before pouring the next layer. Because it will prevent the adherence between the layers. You can test the solidity of the layer by pressing softly using your fingertip on the layer surface. If the surface is dry but still flabby, it is ready to be topped.
